In light of the recent updates and risks Coronavirus has presented, all of us at Crossroads Animal Hospital are committed to your safety as well as the safety of our staff. We are offering a few options to get your pets seen with minimal contact.
We are now allowing one client in per appointment (you must wear a mask). We are still offering curbside for those who are not comfortable doing so.
Curbside: When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, CALL US and a technician will come out to get a brief history and take your pet to be seen by the doctor. They will return with your pet and notes from the veterinarian.
Drop Off: As always we offer drop off appointments. We are encouraging these appointments now more than ever. You can text or email us ahead of time to let us know what your pet is being seen for. We will call with any additional questions or concerns. We will contact you when your pet is ready for pick up.
Telemedicine: If your pet needs to be seen and you are unable to get your pet into our clinic, you can schedule a telemedicine appointment via Zoom with one of our doctors. Please contact us to request a telemedicine appointment. Your pet must have been seen by any veterinarian at Crossroads within the last 16 months to be eligible for this appointment.
Medication/Food pickup: Please call ahead for all medication and food so that we can be sure it is ready when you pick up. When you arrive to pick up your products, remain in your car and call or text us at 662-234-2928 so we can bring your products out to your car. Payment can be made over the phone.
Online pharmacy: Many medications can be delivered directly to your home using our online store. Visit our website at www.crossroadsanimalhospital.net and visit the “Shop” tab to purchase from our large selection of medications, food, and heartworm prevention.
Doggie Daycare: if you are dropping off for doggie daycare, please pull around to the side parking lot and give us a call. A staff member will be out shortly to get your pet.
